UPDATE: The previously apprehended man has been identified by the NYPD as Dayquan Dubose. He has been charged with the murder of his grandfather, the 79-year old James Dubose as well as assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and injury to a minor. According to reporters at Newsweek [https://www.
