Police are investigating a collision that occurred Thursday. Galina Shibayeva, 76, was struck at the corner of 24th Avenue and Shore Parkway at approximately 11:32am, cops said. Upon arrival, police found her unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to her body. EMS responded to the location and declared Shibayeva deceased.
