A rare application has been filed for new construction in Dyker Heights. Submitted by a Brooklyn-based corporation called “Wonderland Inc.” has filed to build a new four-family home on a quaint side street off 13th Avenue.

The applicant of record is Manhattan-based firm Emmanuel J. Katerinis.

In addition to constructing the 40-foot-wide, 7,034 square-foot property, there will be four covered parking spots provided for tenants.

There are not yet any demolition permits for the three-story home currently occupying the plot.

While new residents will most likely have car access (or otherwise they can use their spot as a storage space?) the building is within walking distance of the 71st Street D train and the New Utrecht Avenue N train.
