Adoptable Dog Of The Week: Bullet
Any dog that will tolerate a silly human putting sunglasses on him is clearly a winning candidate for a pet, but in addition to that, Bullet’s story is such a heartbreaker that we hope someone gives him a well-deserved, loving home soon. Sean Casey Animal Rescue shares the details:
Bullet was found by a friend limping on the side of the road. She put him in her car and drove to SCAR. XRays reviled three bullets in his back leg. The shots fractured his leg. Bullet has made a full recovery and is ready to go to his forever home. He has been in the shelter since October and we don’t want him to spend another day without a family. Bullet is great on leash and loves other dogs.
If you would like to adopt Bullet or any of the animals currently up for adoption at SCAR, please call them at 718-436-5163 or stop by the shelter on East 3rd Street between Fort Hamilton and Caton any day between 11am and 7pm.
