Adoptable Animal(s) Of The Week: Billi, Liberty and Nena
Adoptable Dogs Owner Died

Earlier this week, we told you about the four animals who were urgently looking for a new home after the sudden death of their owner. Thankfully, we’ve got a couple of good things to report.

First of all, FIDO posted on Facebook Friday morning that Baby (the calico cat) has found a home. Way to go, animal rescuers (said in my best Go, Diego, Go voice)!

Second, family members of the deceased owner have extended the deadline to find a placement for the remaining three animals until Wednesday, January 15.

Here’s a description again of the animals, who FIDO confirms are a “well-cared-for, friendly, cohesive group.”

Billi is a 9 year old spayed female domestic mostly black and white. No major medical history noted. Overdue on vaccines

Liberty is a 12 year old spayed female mix. About 52 lb. Some history of Urinary Track Infections. Up to date on vaccines. Goes to the bathroom outdoors

Nena is a 10 year old spayed female lab mix about 130lb. No major health issues. Da2p up to date. Rabies vaccine due. Goes outdoors and on wee wee pads indoors.

The animals can be placed together or individually, so if you are interested in meeting Billi, Liberty or Nena, please contact Cory from Park Slope Veterinary Care at 718-788-0500, via his cell at 718-644-1932, or by email, smile36@hotmail.com.
