Cops at the 88th Precinct got a little bit of pet therapy today when they found an adorable dog — with no leash — outside the station house at 298 Classon Avenue (at the corner of DeKalb Avenue).

What do you do when you find a lost dog? Well, play dress-up, of course.

The precinct tweeted out a couple of photos of the pooch, dressed for either a super-late or super-early Halloween party in a police officer’s cap. The outfit was part of the canine charmer’s new official uniform as honorary officer of the 88th Precinct.

Is she your dog? Do you want to adopt her? Call New York City Animal Care and Control at 212-788-4000 and mention that she was an honorary officer.

Or, you can also adopt her or any other animals in need of a home.
