Who Serves The Best Coffee By Each Neighborhood Train Station?
Roots Cafe

Last week, the world was introduced to a snazzy little map that showed the best coffee shops around Manhattan’s subway stops.

After an outcry from coffee-crazed Brooklyn and Queens residents, map designers from Butterfruit Labs hit the streets to find the best coffee by the outer borough stations.

In our neck of the woods, Cafe Regular (318A 11th Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues) made the cut for 4th Avenue/9th Street, Roots Cafe (639A 5th Avenue, between 18th and 19th Streets) reigned supreme for Prospect Avenue, and our friends at Tin Cup (719 4th Avenue, between 23rd and 24th Street) owned the 23rd Street subway stop.

Up at the 7th Avenue F train station, it was all about De Luxe (410 7th Avenue, between 13th and 14th Streets), and the folks at DUB pies (211 Prospect Park West at 16th Street) scored the 15th Street/Prospect Park stop.

What do you think about the results? Did your neighborhood favorite make the list?
