The storefront at 175 7th Avenue, between 1st and 2nd Streets, which previously held Sweet Melissa, is for rent, with signs up in the windows about a month after the bakery closed.

A nice space centrally located in the Slope, directly across the street from PS 321, it’s also got a pretty nice backyard area, and seems like it could be a great spot for a lot of potential businesses. If you’re interested in checking it out, the number on the sign is 718-436-8767.
