What Would You Like To See In The Former A.O.C. Bistro Space?

The former home to A.O.C. Bistro, the French restaurant that closed this past September, is still available to rent, and we’re curious to hear what you think might work well on that corner.

A.O.C. had been at 259 5th Avenue, on the corner of Garfield, since 2007, but the space has been listed as available to rent for quite some time. The 2,200-square-foot space is currently listed at $105 per square foot per year (which, at the listed 2,200 square feet, would make that $19,250 per month — and since the older listing said the ground floor was only 900 square feet, we’re thinking that’s not what the rent would actually work out to be), and it says it will be available in May of this year.

So, any thoughts on what you might like to see in this space?
