This Weekend’s Transit Disruption Forecast: Just Stay Home
Below you’ll find Fort Greene and Clinton Hill subway changes over the weekend on the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D, G, N, Q and R lines in Brooklyn, plus the Franklin Avenue. Check back here Monday to see what’s happening next week.
3 Line
No 3 trains between Utica Avenue and New Lots Avenue. Free shuttle buses provide alternate service.
Weekend , Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12.
3 train service operates between 148th Street and Utica Avenue. Shuttle buses run between Utica Avenue and New Lots Avenue, making all stops.
Transfer between the 3 trains and shuttle buses at Utica Avenue.
3 train Rockaway Avenue and Van Siclen Avenue stations are closed for renovations.
All times, until late September 2015.
Trains skip Rockaway and Van Siclen avenues in both directions.
4 Line

No 5 trains running.

D Line
Coney Island-bound D trains run via the N line from 36th Street to Stillwell Avenue.
Weekend, 3:45am, Saturday, July 11, to 10pm, Sunday, July 12.
No Coney Island-bound D train service at 9th Avenue; Fort Hamilton Parkway; 50th, 55th, 71st, and 79th streets; 18th and 20th avenues; Bay Parkway; 25th Avenue and Bay 50th Street.
Travel Alternatives
For service to 9th Avenue, Fort Hamilton Pkwy, 50th and 55th streets, take the D to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street and transfer to a Manhattan-bound D or N train.
For service to 71st or 79th streets; 18th or 20th avenues; Bay Parkway; 25th Avenue and Bay 50th Street, take the D to Stillwell Avenue and transfer to a Manhattan-bound D or N train.
For service from these stations, take the D or N to 62nd Street-New Utrecht Avenue or 36th Street and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N.
N Line
Astoria-bound N trains run via the D from Stillwell Avenue to 36th Street.
Weekend, 11:45pm, Friday, July 10 to 5am, Monday, July 13.
No Astoria-bound service at 86th Street, Avenue U, Kings Highway, Bay Parkway, 20th and 18th avenues, Fort Hamilton Parkway, 8th Avenue, and 59th, 53rd and 45 streets.
Travel Alternatives
For service to 86th Street, Avenue U, Kings Highway, Bay Parkway, or 20th and 18th avenues, take the N to 62nd Street-New Utrecht Avenue and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N.
For service to Fort Hamilton Parkway and 8th Avenue, take the N to 36th Street and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N.
For service from these stations, take the D or N to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street or Stillwell Avenue and transfer to an Astoria-bound N.
For 59th, 53rd and 45th streets, take the R instead. Transfer between trains at 36th Street.
Coney Island-bound D trains run via the N from 36th Street to Stillwell Avenue.
Weekend, 3:45am Saturday to 10pm Sunday.
Q Line
57th Street/7th Avenue-bound Q trains run express from Kings Highway to Prospect Park.
Weekends, 11:15pm, Friday to 5am Monday, until August 3.
Trains stop at Newkirk Plaza and Church Avenue.
For service to Avenue M, Avenue J, Avenue H, Cortelyou Road, Beverley Road and Parkside Avenue, take the Q to Newkirk Plaza, Church Avenue or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
For service from these stations, take the Q to Church Avenue, Newkirk Plaza or Kings Highway and transfer to a 57th Street/7th Avenue-bound Q.
R Line
36th Street-bound R shuttle train stops at 53rd Street and 45th Street.
Late nights, 12:01am, Saturday to 5am, Monday, until August 3.
