We’ve rounded up some of the more interesting open houses happening in and around Sheepshead Bay this weekend. Any thoughts on these places?

Details: Oh hello, sweetheart! This Midwood home has no shortage of character, including inlaid floors, a working fireplace, beamed ceilings, and stained glass windows, though we’re a bit unsure of the price. $1.4M seems to be getting to be towards the lower end of anywhere-near-well-maintained properties this far north, but the house could use updates in the kitchen and some other TLC (there’s visible water damage in photo #2 and we’re guessing most folks won’t want to keep that floral wallpaper), plus there’s only one bathroom. What say you?
