Weekend Subway Service Changes

If you’re headed into Brooklyn on the subway this weekend and you need to stop locally along the D/N/R lines, it’s going to take a while. All that and more subway service changes in the area, according to the MTA:

No 4 trains between Brooklyn Bridge and New Lots Av
Weekend, 11:45pm Friday, July 12 to 5am Monday, July 15

2/3 and N/Q trains provide alternate service

Coney Island-bound D and N trains skip Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av, & 25 St
Late nights, 11:45pm Friday to 5am Monday, until August 5

For service to these stations, take the D or N to 36 St and transfer to a Manhattan-bound D or N.
For service from these stations, take the D or N to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and transfer to a Coney Island-bound D or N.

No G trains between Nassau Av and Court Sq
Weekends, 11:45pm Friday, July 12 to 5am Monday, July 15

G service operates between Church Av and Nassau Av. Free shuttle buses provide alternate service

N trains run via the R in both directions between Atlantic Av and Canal St
Weekends, Saturday July 12 and Sunday, July 14

Bay Ridge-bound R trains skip Union St, 4 Av-9 St, Prospect Av, and 25 St
Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, until August 4

For service to these stations, take the R to 36 St and transfer to a Forest Hills-bound R.
For service from these stations, take the R to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and transfer to a Bay Ridge-bound R.

R trains run via the D and M between DeKalb Av and Queens Plaza
Weekends, Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14

Trains run in both directions, via the D between DeKalb Av and B’way-Lafayette St, and via the M between B’way-Lafayette St and Queens Plaza.
