Weekend Stoop Sales: May 30-31

Looking to do a little bargain hunting this weekend? If you’re out and about, you may want to scope out some new-to-you stuff at some local stoop sales. See below for where you should be if you’re hoping to find a deal.

And if you’re hosting one of your own soon, be sure to post it on our calendar!

Where: 433 Prospect Avenue, between 8th Avenue and PPW
When: Saturday, May 30, 9am-4pm
What: At this one, dubbed the “Randall Manor Yard Sale,” expect furniture, household stuff, clothing, and, just in time for this warm weather, patio furniture.

Where: 563 10th Street, between 7th & 8th Avenues
When: Saturday, May 30, 10am-4pm
What: Look out for clothing for children and adults, stuff for the kitchen and around the house, books, games, and, “if [their] kids can pull it off,” cookies and lemonade!

Where: 41 Windsor Place, between 7th & 8th Avenues
When: Saturday, May 30 & Sunday, May 31, 11am
What: Got a growing girl? So do these folks, and they’re looking to unload outgrown clothing, toys, games, and art supplies. They’ll also have some things for adults — clothing, household items, and more.

Where: 289 Prospect Park West at 18th Street
When: Saturday, May 30 & Sunday, May 31, 11am
What: “I’m selling stuff a person under 60 might like,” says this stoop saler, which, as an explainer for the 60+ crowd, amounts to Kurosawa DVDs, dubstep CDs, Dave Eggers books, etc.

Where: 461 Prospect Avenue, between 8th Avenue and PPW
When: Saturday, May 30, 12-3pm
What: Just down the block from the first sale listed above, this will be a good one for health nuts — they’ll have yoga mats, free weights, and fitness DVDs (plus a DVD player to watch them on). Don’t feel like a workout? No problem — they’ll also have furniture, women’s clothing, an air mattress, books, and more.
