Friends of Oaxacan Folk Art Benefit Sale
When: Saturday October 26, 10:30am-4pm
Where: 20 Plaza Street East, at Grand Army Plaza
What: Find reasonably-priced folk art like funky hand-painted carved wood animals, woven tote bags, whimsical ceramics, gorgeous handwoven rugs, while also supporting Mexican artists through FOAF.
How much: $25 tax-deductible entrance fee on Friday; free on Saturday

Vintage Vogue & Vinyl: The Halloween Edition

Where: Beauty Bar, 363 5th Avenue
What: Don’t have a costume? Out of My Mind Vintage will be on hand with pieces so you can create a one-of-a-kind Halloween getup. Enjoy happy hour specials while you shop.

Halloween Bash & Costume Party

The Rub: Halloween Party

What: The regular dance party takes a Halloween spin with mandatory costumes for all who want to get down. Featuring DJ Ayres and DJ Eleven and special guest Bo Bliz.

Hey Queen Presents: Queen of the Damned III

Where: Littlefield, 622 Degraw Street
What: The third annual multi-gender, queer goth dance party will feature Swarm, a multimedia 8-piece radical queer ensemble, and DJs Nolita Selector and Jean Jamz.
How much: At the door, $5 before 11:30pm, $7 after, $5 all night for creative goth drag

Schtick or Treat

What: The sixth annual Halloween tradition is a unique night of stand-up when more than 30 of NYC’s top comedians perform as their favorite comedy legends.
