This Week In Ditmas Park
This week in Ditmas Park, news that the long-sought-after F express train would be returning to Brooklyn almost immediately caused a row among lawmakers representing different parts of the borough; we thanked neighborhood volunteers who painted over graffiti, planted flowers, and generally made our neighborhood more beautiful last weekend; and it turns out that Stuart Wellington, owner of upcoming Hinterlands bar, is pretty hilarious.

- A young woman was fatally stabbed In an area building which had served as a homeless shelter.
- New Mexican eatery, Don Patron, located on Church Avenue between Westminster and Argyle Roads, has opened its doors.
