Here’s a recap of what happened in our neighborhood last week:

• Three men robbed Ox Cart Tavern at gunpoint.

• After 773 Lounge was destroyed in a fire, the owners vowed to rebuild the bar that has been serving brews since 1969.

• There was an armed robbery at a deli on Church Avenue by Stratford Road, after which police released this photo of the suspect.

The citywide 25mph speed limit went into effect, drawing mixed opinions from neighbors.

• Many of us want to see a more pedestrian-friendly intersection at Cortelyou Road and Coney Island Avenue.
