Application Alert: Waverly Brooklyn Condo In Clinton Hill To Sell Units For Lower-Income Families

A condo in Clinton Hill which is targeted for completion at the end of this year is now accepting applications for 11 inclusionary housing units.

Three years after its $9.2 million sale to Orange Management, The Waverly — a 49-unit, seven-story condo building at 500 Waverly Avenue (at Fulton Street) — is almost ready for leasing.

Apartments will range from studios to four-bedrooms, with prices starting in the high $500,000s, however the 11 421-a Units will be priced at 60% and 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Applications are being accept for households making an annual income between $32,617 and $48,923.

According to the online application, a 10% down payment is required for eligible buyers. While it’s not required for buyers to be first-time owners, they must use their condo as their primary residence.
