The Kings Theatre (1027 Flatbush Avenue between Tilden Avenue and Duryea Place) is expected to open in 2015, and it looks like they’re about ready to start staffing up! The establishment is currently looking for a full time office services coordinator and receptionist.
The position entails providing administrative support for the theatre, including overseeing office services, answering phones, coordinating schedules, ordering necessary supplies, and handling mail. Applicants should have an associates degree and office management experience, be able to multitask and proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for up to three hours at a time, and be personable with a professional appearance.
