There are only two spots left (as of this posting) for the Saturday, April 4 park clean-up day with New York Cares at Fort Greene Park, so reserve your spot now!

The day’s agenda consists of a 30-minute orientation and then working together to “spruce up this landmark park by weeding, gardening, mulching and assisting with various park projects.”

The next NY Cares volunteer day in the park is Saturday, May 2.

For other volunteer dates and opportunities, or to arrange your own day of service at the park, contact Park director David Barker at david.barker@parks.nyc.gov or contact the Fort Greene Park Conservancy at Fortgreeneparkconservancy@gmail.com.
