Two People Stabbed in Separate Incidents on Monday
Monday, February 25 was not the best day in the 70th Precinct, where two separate stabbing incidents occurred, according to the Brooklyn Paper.
The first was an afternoon argument on East 18th St between Church and Albemarle, which left a 46-year-old man stabbed in the back and slashed in the wrist. No word on an arrest.
The second was later that night, and also apparently an argument, this one in an apartment on Ocean Ave near Parkside. A 39-year-old woman was arrested for stabbing a man, who was seen in the hallway with a gash above his eye.
As for other crimes in the area, according to the most recent CompStat report, shown above, burglaries, grand larcenies, and misdemeanor assaults are all up compared to this time last year.
