Two Men Stick Up Store With Knife, Steal $300

PROSPECT PARK SOUTH – The NYPD is searching for the two men seen in the photos below in connection to the robbery of a variety store over the weekend.

At approximately 6:45pm on Saturday, November 18 police say the two suspects entered Cherisme Variety located at 156 St. Paul’s Place. One of the suspects displayed a knife to a 19-year-old man inside the shop while the second man went behind the counter and took approximately $300 from the cash register. A 59-year-old woman who was working behind the counter ran out of the store to seek help, according to police, but the two suspects fled the store heading north on St. Paul’s Place.

Police describe the first suspect as a black male, last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, and black and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a black male, last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
