Help Police Find Two Suspects Who Robbed A Woman In Windsor Terrace [Video]

Police are asking the public’s assistance in identifying the two males seen in the above video in connection with a robbery that occurred earlier this month in front of 467 Prospect Avenue, on the border of South Slope and Windsor Terrace.

The two males approached the 37-year-old female victim from behind at approximately 10pm on Monday, July 3, according to the police. One suspect covered the victim’s head with a shirt while the second suspect grabbed her wallet, which contained $300, and a cellphone from a bag she was carrying.

They then pushed the victim to the ground and fled on foot westbound on Prospect Avenue toward 8th Avenue, police say. The victim suffered a cut on her right elbow but refused medical attention.

The first suspect is described as a black male, wearing a light-colored t-shirt, black Adidas pants, and dark sneakers. He was carrying a shirt or hooded sweatshirt over his shoulder.

The second suspect is described as a black male, wearing a blue t-shirt, dark shorts, and black sneakers.

The surveillance photo and video above show the two suspects walking on Prospect Park West, between Windsor Place and Prospect Avenue, just before the robbery.
