Trois Pommes Patisserie To Close March 23


Trois Pommes Patisserie, the bakery opened in 2007 by chef Emily Isaac at 260 5th Avenue, between Garfield and Carroll, will be closing its doors next month, and they’re inviting neighbors to join them to celebrate nearly seven years in business on their last day in the space.

The closing day party will be held on Sunday, March 23 at 5pm, according to a post on their Facebook page. Stop by to wish them well, and to eat and drink, of course —

$10 will get you “booze, food, and all the baked goods you can grab.”

The storefront is currently available for rent for $8,500 via Halstead, which was first noticed by Here’s Park Slope. The listing says that the commercial kitchen equipment is available for purchase, though the Facebook post notes the bakery is looking for a new location, and Emily has confirmed with us that they are moving, and not just closing for good — whether that will be in our neighborhood or not remains to be seen. We

will update when we hear more about the possible new location.

It’s been a busy few months for bakeries coming and going in Park Slope. Sweet Melissa closed its 7th Avenue space in October, then Buttermilk Bakeshop opened a little further south on 7th, and just last week we learned that Four & Twenty Blackbirds will be opening a second location at the Central Library.

We’ll be sorry to see Trois Pommes go — be sure to enjoy their hot chocolate and knockoff cronuts while you still can!
