Tomorrow: Greene Hill Food Co-Op Open House

As part of their annual membership campaign, the Greene Hill Food Co-op (18 Putnam Avenue) is hosting an Open House tomorrow, Saturday, February 28, from 10am-4pm.

What this means is that, for the day, everyone can grocery shop there, chat with neighbors and enjoy free samples — without paying a $150 membership fee (or $25 for those on unemployment or receiving public assistance).

Take a look around the store at our great selection of organic produce and locally farmed meats and dairy. Meet some of the other members and find out just what makes the Co-op so great!
Stop by the store and speak with someone at our Membership Desk, or a Shift Leader, to find out more.

The co-op is also offering free two-month trial memberships to interested neighbors.

Greene Hill is a collaborative grocery store staffed by and shopped in by neighbors/members, thus keeping costs down and providing a sense of community. It is located at 18 Putnam Avenue, between Grand Avenue and Downing Street.
