There was much news in the neighborhood this past week, from police tracking down Patrick Zephir, a suspect in the murder of neighbor Raphael Kurton, in West Virginia to a video showing NYPD officers punching a man while arresting him at Target and 773 Lounge’s owners announcing they’ll be back in September — and a whole lot more.
