Tree Lighting With Santa At McKinley Park

What: Senator Marty Golden will once again host two Christmas tree lighting ceremonies this week, including carols, a special visit from Santa Claus, and hot chocolate for all.

Sodom by the Sea Salon

Where: Coney Island USA Shooting Gallery/Arts Annex, 1214 Surf Avenue
What: The Coney Island Museum presents a cross section of Coney inspired works – paintings, watercolors, photographs and drawings – done between 2008 and 2015 by over 75 artists, hailing from Australia to the West End of Coney Island, presented on the home turf where their inspiration began.

What: Saint Mark Church is kicking off the holiday season with “Light the Bay for Christmas” this weekend. On Saturday, the church offers lessons a carolers. Sunday, the parish presents the unveiling of the adoration tree.

Chanukah Extravaganza

What: One of the largest holiday events in Sheepshead Bay, this Chanukah party features a huge array of activities for the entire family, including a symbolic menorah lighting ceremony, arts, crafts, rides, performances, and more.
