What: Support your local library by purchasing a book. There is a large selection of books from all genres. Proceeds go to support the Sheepshead Bay Library.

Smoke Alarm Giveaway

What: City Councilman Chaim Deutsch is sponsoring a smoke detector giveaway as part of the city’s #GetAlarmedNYC initiative, the largest of it’s kind in the country.

Toys for Tots Drive

Where: National Restaurant, 273 Brighton Beach Avenue (Near Brighton 2nd Street)
What: The Be Proud Foundation is throwing its 7th Annual Toys for Tots drive. Guests will be entertained by the children’s choir of The National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene’s and dance ensemble from the Tovushi Kavkaz Jewish Youth Center.

First Aid and Fire Safety Training
