What: Community Board 15, which covers Sheepshead Bay, Manhattan Beach, Gerritsen Beach and parts of Midwood, Marine Park and Gravesend, meets to discuss local issues and zoning items. This month’s agenda, which can be found here, includes sidewalk cafe licenses for Cherry Hill and Tsob-Tsobe, among other things. There will also be a presentation by the Department of City Planning on proposed Zoning Text Amendment on Quality and Affordable Housing.
