Little Feet Wise Heart Story Yoga

What: Combing the creative poses of yoga with our favorite books on movement, yoga, nature and animals, this class will have kids moving, Om-ing, and jumping between being entranced by the written word. Great class for two years and up.

The Second Anniversary of Music Trivia with Shane and Ruth
When: Tuesday, November 3, 7pm
Where: Bar Chord, 1008 Cortelyou Road
What: Come celebrate two years of testing your music knowledge, featuring three Six Point offerings and $20 pitchers all night. The grand prize is a private tour of the Six Point Brewery.

Chakra Cleanse & Balance
