PS 217’s free Spring Concert Series kicks off in the school’s garden, 6pm.
Queen Cobra Thai serves up their tasty eats at Sycamore’s Flatbush Food Court, 6pm.
Sycamore’s Q Train party kicks off with Ariel Speedwagon’s Bingo in The Lodge at 8pm, DJ GoGo Gadget at 10pm, and steamy late-night performances by Kimberly Smallz.
• Open mic night at Visions Cocktail Lounge, every Thursday at 8pm.
The Evan Francis Group performs their funky Afro-Cuban at Bar Chord, 9pm.

Friday, May 8

• Local nonprofit caribBEING will be selling their Caribpolitan tea towels, stationary, and more at the BKLYN Design show at the Brooklyn Expo Center, Friday through Sunday.
