Thief Threatens Store Employee With Gun During Stickup On Neptune Avenue

Cops are searching for a man who last week pulled a gun on a store employee during a robbery at a Neptune Avenue Deli.

Police say the suspect entered the Shop N Smile on Neptune Avenue, between East 14th Street and East 12th Street, just after 7pm on Thursday, November 5. The man pulled a gun on the 28-year-old store clerk and demanded cash. The employee handed over approximately $200 and the robber fled the location, according to the NYPD.

Police say the suspect is a white man, about 30 years old, five feet, nine inches tall, and 180 pounds. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers. The NYPD provided a surveillance photo of the suspect.
