The Windsor Terrace-PS 154 Greenmarket Is Now Open Every Sunday Through December

The Windsor Terrace-PS 154 Greenmarket (11th Avenue between Sherman and Windsor Place) is back in the swing of things, with the market opening last Sunday and continuing each week through December. The market is open from 9am-3pm every Sunday.

Thanks to Caroline Hiteshew, from GrowNYC, we learned that Gajeski Produce from Riverhead, Long Island just joined the market this year.

Entering its fourth season, the market has quickly grown into a neighborhood favorite for locally grown produce, fresh eggs, fish, local wine, composting, and more. Plus, there are often free cooking demonstrations, raffles, and family-friendly activities throughout the season.

Besides Gajeski Produce, who else can you find at the event?

American Seafood: Wild-caught fish and shellfish from Suffolk County.
Baker’s Bounty: Breads and pastries from Union County, NJ.
Fishkill Farms LLC: Fruit, vegetables and eggs from Dutchess County, NY.
Sawkill Farm:Beef, pork, eggs, and vegetables from Dutchess County, NY
Williams Fruit Farm: Orchard fruit from Ulster County, NY
