The N Goes Express & Other Subway Changes This Week

Some things to look out for on local subway lines this week:

Flatbush Av-bound 2 trains skip Park Place, Fulton, Wall, Clark, and Hoyt Sts
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, February 18 to Friday, February 21
After Chambers St, Flatbush Av-bound 2 trains are rerouted to the Wall St 4 Station, then run via the 4 to Nevins St and resume regular service.

Woodlawn-bound 4 trains run local from Brooklyn Bridge to Grand Central-42 St
Beginning 12:01am, Wednesday, February 19 to Friday, February 21
Allow additional travel time.

145 St-bound B trains run local from Kings Hwy to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, until March 14
Allow additional travel time.

Astoria-bound N trains run express from 59 St to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, February 18 to Friday, February 21
Trains stop at 36 St. For service to 53 and 45 Sts, take the N to 36 St and transfer to a Coney Island-bound N. For service from these stations, take the N to 59 St and transfer to an Astoria-bound N. For 25 St, Prospect Av, 4 Av-9 St, and Union St, take the D instead. Transfer between trains at 36 St or Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr.

Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy
Days, 9:45am to 3pm, Wednesday to Friday, until March 14
Trains stop at Church Av and Newkirk Plaza.

No R shuttle train between 59 St and 36 St
Late nights, 11:45pm to 5am, Tuesday, February 18 to Friday, February 21
R service operates between 95 St and 59 St. For 53, 45, and 36 Sts, take the N instead. Transfer between trains at 59 St.

No R trains between Lower Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn
All times until October 2014
No R service at City Hall, Cortlandt, Rector, Whitehall, Court Streets, and Jay Street-MetroTech. R service operates between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Bay Ridge-95th Street. Trains run via the Q in both directions between Canal Street and DeKalb Avenue.

Additionally, look out for more changes further down the line on the 4, D, and R trains.
