There’s nothing like a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres at a New Year’s Eve party. As you’re getting ready for yours this weekend, remember that both the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket and the Park Slope Farmers Market are open year-round, and they’ll have everything you need for a fun spread at your party.

Thinking deviled eggs? Grab a dozen from Tello’s Green Farm at GAP or Breezy Hill Orchard at the Farmer’s Market, and spice them up with a jar of something fun from Rick’s Picks.

How about crudité? Look out for crisp winter veggies like carrots, celery, radishes, daikon, and salad turnips. Pick up some garlic and potatoes for a traditional Greek dip.

Don’t forget a cheese plate! Check out Cato Corner Farm or Lynnhaven Farm at GAP.

What else is on your New Year’s Eve party menu?

The GAP Greenmarket runs Saturdays from 8am-4pm at Grand Army Plaza. The Park Slope Farmers Market runs Sundays from 10am-4pm along 4th Street at 5th Ave.
