The first 10 completed townhouses in the Navy Green project have now hit the market, asking prices such as $1.9 million and $2.1 million for three-bedroom and four-bedroom spaces, respectively. Located on Clermont Avenue between Park and Flushing Avenues, they will eventually be part of a community of 23 single-family, market-rate townhomes — between 17-35 Clermont Avenues and 14-38 Vanderbilt Avenues — each with approximately 3,000 square feet, three stories, a cellar, and amenities such as a laundry room, media room, garden, and patio.

As noted by Curbed, which published several interior shots of the townhomes, the remaining houses are due to be on the market by the end of the year.

While these are out of the price range for most families in our area, the 74 “affordable” condo units are at 8 Vanderbilt, which finished accepting housing lottery applications on May 26. The low-income rental units are also available at the larger Navy Green complex, specifically at 7 Clermont Avenue.

As previously noted, other mixed affordable- and market-rate apartments are also available at 45 Clermont Avenue, 40 Vanderbilt and 7 Clermont Avenue.
