Teen Bicyclist Steals $3 From 9-Year-Old Boy At Bus Stop
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT – Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the teen seen in the video and photos below in connection to the recent robbery of a 9-year-old boy.
At approximately 8am on Thursday, October 26, police say the nine-year-old was waiting for his school bus in the vicinity of Spencer Street and Dekalb Avenue when the suspect rode up to him on a bicycle and demanded his money. The victim handed over $3 and the suspect took off on his bike, according to police. The victim was not injured during the incident.
Police describe the suspect as a black male in his teens, approximately 5′ 7″ tall and 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie jacket and dark pants.
