Taste Of Fall: Ginger-Molasses Cookies At Naidre’s

Running around the Slope for your last minute Thanksgiving/Hanukkah shopping today? Need a quick-pick-me-up to make it through the afternoon? Stop by Naidre’s (384 7th Avenue, between 11th and 12th Street) and give their fantastic ginger-molasses cookie ($2) a whirl. It’s crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and has a ginger kick sure to reignite your neighborhood quest for the perfect 12-pound turkey.

Naidre’s is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7:30pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 7:30am to 7:30pm. On Thanksgiving, they’ll be open from 7am to 2:30pm for pre-ordered Thanksgiving pickups (and in case you get a serious urge to nosh on one of their breakfast burritos while watching the Macy’s parade).
