22-Year-Old in Critical After Nostrand Accident
The woman struck on Nostrand Avenue and Avenue Z on Thursday is in critical
condition. The driver – an ex-con with convictions for drugs and driving without
a license – is awaiting arraignment for charges of vehicular assault, drunken
driving, and reckless driving.
