Spotted on Ditmas and Argyle after the rain by Avi Klein. Might seem nicer out now, but the forecast is for more scattered thunderstorms throughout the day (and possibly another tornado warning [http://gothamist.com/2012/09/08/weather_alert_tornado_may_hit_parts.php]). Watch out for flash flooding
