Update (10:26am): Police announced minutes ago that the Rotman has been found. Original post: Authorities are turning to the public in their search for a 34-year-old Midwood man who went missing yesterday. Joseph Rotman, who lives on East 18th Street near Avenue O, disappeared yesterday afternoon, at approximately 1pm.
