Public Advocate Bill de Blasio is hitting up Brighton Beach today to hand out Passover supplies to Russian-Americans in need. De Blasio is teaming up with supporting agencies including the Jewish Community Council of Shorefront and Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty to give out the matzah, grape juice, fresh produce,
