Last week, the Brownstoner [http://www.brownstoner.com/brownstoner/archives/2009/01/last_we eks_bigg_45.php] reported on the latest big home sales of the week and three of them were our neighbors in Manhattan Beach, Homecrest, and Gravesend. Judging from the comments to the post, it seems
