The juxtaposition of the name “Chuck Taylor” near the old school Italian hand
gesture is confounding. What, if anything, could this piece of street art mean?
Chuck Taylor is the famous Converse salesman and the hand gesture roughly
translates to, “What are you talking about?” or the cruder version, “What
