Police Seek Help In Locating Missing 82-Year-Old Man
The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 82-year-old Enrique Santana-Rios. The man was last seen at 11:30pm on Saturday, November 23, at his residence on 14th Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenue. He’s described as having white hair, is approximately 5′ 6″, 145 pounds,
