A few weeks ago we reported [/blog1.php/people/robots-attack-sheepshead-bay-nerd-herd-r] on the Nerd Herd, a team of St. Edmund kids who conquered a city robotics challenge and were raising money to head to the national competition in Atlanta. Well $17,000 and 850 miles later, the group went head to
