New Aarpan Closed, New Indian Restaurant In Its Place?
A neighbor tipped us off to New Aarpan [http://www.newaarpanfineindiancuisinebk.com/] at 396 5th Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets being closed for renovations a few weeks ago, but also noted that there was a sign being covered up in the door. The sign in the window which was
