Support Local Artists At The Fine Art & Crafts Salon Tonight & Tomorrow On Marlborough Road

Still need to finish your holiday shopping? Or, if you’re like us, need to start it? Tonight and tomorrow, you’ll probably be able to get a lot checked off your list at a Fine Art & Crafts Salon, where more than 25 area artists will present a wide array of art and hand-crafted items at five houses on Marlborough Road.

The event (which is free to get into, but you’ll probably want to bring some cash if you plan on purchasing any of the art) will be held from 6-10pm tonight (Friday, December 12) and 11:30am-5pm tomorrow (Saturday, December 13). Multiple artists will be shown at each of the homes, located at 91, 92, 100, 120, and 190 Marlborough Road (all between Beverley Road and Church Avenue). There will also be wine and refreshments both tonight and tomorrow.

  • James French – wood carvings and birdhouses
  • Elly Goetz – t-shirts
  • Alejandra Gonzalez – sewn kerchiefs
  • Diane Grazzett-Collins – mixed media art
  • Fedrecia Hartley – painted silk scarves
  • Guo-Qing Zhang Heaton – ink painting prints
  • Sarah Lilly- jewelry
  • Pat Lovett – cards, sewn yoga mat bags
  • Joann Montalto/Itala Pelizzoll – soaps and lotion
  • Holly Noury – forced bulb arrangements and wreaths
  • Nancy Rasmussen – james and jellies

  • Jan Schmidt – terrariums, terrarium art
