Subway Service Update, Through January 24: Changes On The 2, 4, A, B, D, F, And L Lines

Below you’ll find Fort Greene and Clinton Hill subway changes this week on the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D, G, N, Q, and R lines in Brooklyn, plus the Franklin Avenue shuttle. Check back later this week to see what’s happening this weekend. Changes via MTA.info.

2 Line

No trains between Franklin Av and Flatbush Av
Free shuttle buses provide alternate service

Late Nights, 10 PM to 5 AM, Tue to Fri, Jan 19 – 22  •  Mon to Fri, Jan 25 – 29

2 service operates between 241 St and Franklin Av, and via the 4 to/from Utica Av.
Shuttle buses operate between Franklin Av and Flatbush Av, making stops at President St,
Sterling St, Winthrop St, Church Av, Beverly Rd, Newkirk Av and Flatbush Av.
• Transfer between shuttle buses and trains at the Franklin Av Station.

4 Line

No trains between Brooklyn Bridge and New Lots Av
2, 3, D, N, Q trains provide alternate service
Late Nights, 11:45 PM to 5 AM, Mon to Fri, Jan 11 – 15
Service is extended to New Lots Av
Beginning 10 PM, Tue to Thu,

Jan 19 – 21  •  Mon to Thu, Jan 25 – 28

4 trains replace the 3 in Brooklyn, making local stops between Nevins St and New Lots Av.

A Line

A

Trains run via the F in both directions between W 4 St and Jay St-MetroTech
E and J trains provide alternate service
Weekend, 11:45 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon,

Jan 15 – 18
Trains run local in both directions between 59 St-Columbus Circle and W 4 St.
No A or C service at Spring, Canal, Chambers, Fulton and High Sts.

B Line

B Brighton Beach-bound trains run local from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy
Days, 10 AM to 3 PM, Wed to Fri,  Jan 20 – 22  •  Jan 27 – 29

D Line

No trains between 59 St-Columbus Circle and Stillwell Av
F and N trains and free shuttle buses provide alternate service
Weekend, 11:30 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Jan 15 – 18
N trains replace the D in Brooklyn between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Stillwell Av.

F Line

Coney Island-bound trains skip 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park, Fort Hamilton Pkwy and Ditmas Av
Weekend, 11:45 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Jan 22 – 25
For 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Pkwy, take the G instead. Transfer between
F and G trains at Smith-9 Sts, 7 Av and Church Av.
For service to Ditmas Av, take the F to 18 Av and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F.
For service from Ditmas Av, take the F to Church Av and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.

L Line

No service at Atlantic Avenue, for renovation, in both directions.
All times, until Winter 2015/16
• Free shuttle buses operate between Atlantic Av and Broadway Junction.
