Spread The Cheer! Here’s Where To Donate This Holiday Season

It’s the time of year where we show each other how much we care for them. It’s also a time to give to those who are in need because this time of year can be a stressful one for those who struggle to buy gifts for their loved ones. Here is a list of great places to donate during this holiday season:

41st Assembly District Democrats Club Toys for Tots
The Democrats Club is organizing a massive toy drive to help kids enjoy the festivities of the holidays this year. There are two major events you can go to with toys to donate, and there are also many drop-off locations. You can also donate financially so the group can buy toys to give.

On Thursday, December 15, from 7pm-9pm, there will be a toy drive event at the Democrats Clubs’ office at 2952 Avenue R. Brings toys and enjoy light refreshments with the rest of the do-gooders.

You can also bring toys to their office any Thursday night from 7:30pm-9pm. To make it even more convenient you can donate toys to any of these locations:

The Be Proud Foundation is also working with the Democrats Club on another toy drive event at The National at 273 Brighton Beach Ave on Monday, December 12, at 6:30pm. You can bring a new unwrapped toy to the drive or a $30 check made out to the Br Proud Foundation with “Toy Drive” in the memo line.
