Spend An Afternoon With Adorable Dogs By Volunteering At Sean Casey Animal Rescue’s Annual Howl-O-Ween Bark Block Party

Want to spend an afternoon with adorable dogs in adorable costumes?

Sean Casey Animal Rescue needs volunteers for its 7th annual Howl-O-Ween Bark Block Party, an annual fundraising and adoption event that will be held Sunday, October 26 from 12pm to 5pm. The party will be held at Sean Casey Animal Rescue’s office at 153 East 3rd Street, between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Caton Avenue.

Thousands of people are expected to attend the annual event hosted by Sean Casey Animal Rescue and The Hamilton Dog House (155 E. 3rd Street, between Caton and Fort Hamilton), which is the primary fundraiser that allows SCAR’s staff to cover the operating expenses for the shelter – which does incredible work in our area.

Before the event, the group needs volunteers to help distributing and posting print advertisements. At the event, they need volunteers to help walk dogs, manage the bake sale, sell raffle tickets, prepare and give out swag bags to attendees, manage costume contests for kids and dogs, put up decorations, and more.
